In the capacity of the services being provided under this agreement, the practitioner is not a licensed therapist and is not offering mental or behavioral therapies or counseling regulated by the state but instead alternative healing and spiritual practices. The practitioner fully supports and advises the client to seek the services of licensed healthcare providers whenever the client deems needed or desired. By booking with me, you agree to this agreement, the client acknowledges that irrespective of any other skill or licensing the practitioner might have, if any, the services being provided under this agreement are not services licensed or regulated by the state, and therefore client should not rely on any other skills or licensing of the practitioner, if any, in seeking and accepting the services being provided under this agreement.

The buyer accepts all risks, benefits, and responsibility for any outcome of services and agree to accept the services as outlined in Disclaimer. By buying services, you are agreeing to this agreement, you agree that the practitioner has disclosed sufficient information for me to make an informed decision to accept or forego these services.

Ethics Practices
Reiki and Tarot reading as well as therapeutic tarot and reiki are not federally licensed professionals however I have certificate licenses to show credentials and professional practice. These are considered alternative healing practices and spiritual practices. I abide by a code of ethics and carry liability insurance. Alternative services are non-invasive and non medical therefore by agreeing you agree that the practitioner is not held responsible for discomfort and agree you should alert a medical professional if needed.
Order Cancellations
For the safety of our buyers, we reserve the right to cancel orders if we determine that false, misleading, or personally harassing information has been provided, or if such circumstances compromise the integrity of our products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Privacy Policy
For security reasons and to ensure reliable shipping, we are unable to accept payments from certain countries. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. All conversations, sessions, records, and transactions between the client and practitioner are confidential without consent of both parties.

I respect that everyone’s beliefs and paths are unique. If my views or practices do not align with your heart’s journey, I kindly encourage you to move forward in peace. It is not my intention to impose any outlook, belief, or religion that differs from your own. If my words, tarot, or healing practices do not resonate with you, I ask that we part ways with mutual understanding and kindness. Suggested prayers, chants, mantras, or affirmations are entirely optional and offered only as guidance, never as a requirement.
The parties agree that booking and partaking in my services of anykind are the same as written consent for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
