In the capacity of the services being provided under this agreement, the practitioner is not a licensed therapist and is not offering mental or behavioral therapies or counseling regulated by the state but instead alternative healing and spiritual practices. The practitioner fully supports and advises the client to seek the services of licensed healthcare providers whenever the client deems needed or desired. By booking with me, you agree to this agreement, the client acknowledges that irrespective of any other skill or licensing the practitioner might have, if any, the services being provided under this agreement are not services licensed or regulated by the state, and therefore client should not rely on any other skills or licensing of the practitioner, if any, in seeking and accepting the services being provided under this agreement.

Blessed Be is a legally protected business. By purchasing artwork (from Design by Nicole B/ Blessed Be), you agree that it is for personal use only and not for resale or profit. The buyer accepts all risks, benefits, and responsibility for any outcome of services and agree to accept the services as outlined in Disclaimer. By buying services, you are agreeing to this agreement, you agree that the practitioner has disclosed sufficient information for me to make an informed decision to accept or forego these services.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital artwork, commissioned artwork, and spiritual services, all sales are final once services have been rendered or files have been delivered.

PORTFOLIO RIGHTS
Nicole Benson retains the right to display completed work for:

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

When artwork, digital products, or services are sold or delivered through third-party platforms, the transaction may also be governed by those platform policies.
